LIBULBS Manufacturers’ Limited Warranty & Refund Policy
General Warranty Coverage
The manufacturer (not Seller) warrants that products sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in the manufacturer’s standard warranty. This manufacturer’s warranty is the sole warranty applicable to these products.
Seller (LIBULBS) makes no independent warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind. All implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, hidden defects, or warranties arising by trade usage or law, are expressly disclaimed. Products built to Buyer’s designs or specifications carry no warranty from Seller.
Seller assigns to Buyer any warranty rights Seller has against the manufacturer. Copies of manufacturer warranties are provided with the product or upon request.
