This Privacy Policy explains how LIBULBS Inc. (“LIBULBS,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a Delaware corporation headquartered at 18670 Coastal Hwy #1050, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, collects, uses and protects information through libulbs.com (the “Site”) and in the course of doing business with our distribution partners. LIBULBS sells only to approved business accounts. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

- Account and business information: business name, address, website, tax or resale certificate details, and the names, titles, email addresses and phone numbers of your contacts.
- Order information: products ordered, shipping and billing addresses, order history, RMA and warranty claim details, and photos you submit with a claim.

- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment processors, and credit applications are handled by our third-party financing partner. LIBULBS does not store full card numbers or card security codes on our systems.
