Effective October 1, 2025: LIBULBS has transitioned to an invitation-only distribution model. As of October 1, 2025, we are no longer accepting new wholesale applications. We continue to fully support our existing grandfathered wholesale partners and will extend future invitations selectively, based on territory coverage, performance, and alignment with our brand values. Grandfathered Wholesale Accounts will continue to have access to all current product lines, including the Econo series, at wholesale pricing. For new product lines such as CleanR Lighting with Sterilux™, wholesale accounts will see retail pricing only. These products are available exclusively through assigned distributors. Authorized Distributors with assigned territories will have full access to distributor pricing, inventory, and ordering for all LIBULBS product lines. This ensures clear separation between legacy wholesale accounts and our new distributor network, while protecting both price integrity and market exclusivity.
