Warranty Claim Policy

The Warranty Process
If you need to submit a warranty claim, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and efficient process:
1. Take clear photos of the product labels on the failed item(s).
2. Package the product securely and provide us with the package dimensions and weight.
3. If the item is a Panel, Troffer, or Strip, a driver is required to be returned with it.
4. Complete the Online Warranty Claim Form.
Note: Only logged-in customers can view the form. It cannot be submitted without logging in.

Warranty Form Fields
1. Warranty Items
• Item SKU / Lamp Code / Model #
• Quantity
• Photos of the product and label
• Ability to add multiple lines (Line 2, Line 3, etc.)

2. Return Package Information
• Package Dimensions & Weight
• Pickup Location
(Note: We cannot arrange pickups from third-party addresses)

3. Submit all required information to [email protected]

Shipping & Replacement
Once the form is completed and sent:
• We will send you a courier return label or arrange pickup during our next scheduled delivery.
• Upon receipt and inspection/testing of the failed product, we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit as applicable.

Replacements Before Returns
• COD Customers:
A replacement product must be purchased first. After we receive and test the returned item, a credit will be issued.

• Net Term Customers:
A replacement will be invoiced under your existing Net 60 terms. Please ensure the return is sent before the due date of the invoice.

PROCESS: We will send you an invoice for the pre-replacement items and a credit card form.

We will not charge your card but we will hold the funds.

Once we receive and have tested the return products, we will release the funds.

If we do not receive the return products within 30 days of replacing the pre-replacement products, we will need to charge your card.
