Progress Highlights from Last Week
Dear Partners & Stakeholders,
Thank you for your continued support. We are pleased to share several key developments from the past week that demonstrate solid progress in product experience, logistics, customer service, and partnerships.
1. Simplifying Product Discovery & Accelerating Checkout
To streamline the buying process, we introduced the Quick Shop Display feature. Rather than overwhelming users with thousands of similar product listings, we now present a single, optimized choice per category — eliminating decision fatigue. All related accessories and options are now consolidated on one page, significantly reducing the number of steps needed to complete an order.
2. Lower Shipping Costs and Faster Delivery
We successfully renegotiated our UPS shipping rates, reducing quote prices by 25%. Additionally, our partnership with Kuehne + Nagel has resulted in a 13.2% decrease in LTL and FTL freight rates. These improvements enhance our competitiveness and strengthen our fulfillment capabilities.
3. Expanding Our Product Offering
We’re excited to report that two manufacturers have committed to adding their product lines to our platform. While onboarding is still in progress, we anticipate their catalogs will be available to customers shortly.
4. Enhanced Customer Support Capabilities
We have expanded access to support services. Customers can now receive product and installation assistance directly through our website, available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM — in Spanish. This reflects our commitment to providing a more inclusive and accessible customer experience.
5. Improved Site Navigation
Our Shop page has been updated to make product discovery even faster and more intuitive, helping customers find exactly what they need with minimal friction.
6. Positive Customer Feedback
Initial feedback from users on our new system has been encouraging. While we continue refining elements during the Beta phase, these early responses reinforce that we are on the right track.
7. Transitioning Out Of Beta Mode
We are preparing to officially move out of Beta mode. Our platform, currently is running Beta at libulb.com, will transition to full production at libulbs.com on Monday, March 31. This marks a significant milestone in platform stability and readiness, and we’re excited to move forward with broader engagement and growth.
There’s some big changes coming!
We’re proud to share these advancements with you and grateful for the support that has made them possible. As always, we remain focused on delivering real value to customers and long-term growth for our partners and stakeholders.
Sincerely,
Daniel
